Valencia Luncheria is a small and quaint restaurant located in the heart of Main Street in Norwalk, Connecticut. Chef Michael Young offers assorted Latin American specialties in massive serving that do not break your pockets.
The sign outside says Venezuelan Beach Cafe, so as soon as you step in it is like you've traveled thousands of miles away into South America. The bright yellow and orange walls are funky but inviting. There isn’t any fancy silverware and plates, but it is a delightful place to sit down or take your food to go.
Despite the low prices, everything in the restaurant is freshly made and the bold zesty flavors prove it is a location you want to try! Options on the menu are constantly changing so you can’t help but come back again and again.
Many people enjoy the breakfast arepas with Brie and mango or steak, egg, and cheese. The soups, salads, and hot plate specials change daily, so there is always something new to try. The Plantain crusted Tilapia with the mango wine sauce is a tasty and healthy dinner choice at Valencia Luncheria. Authentic food is hard to find these days with a large chain restaurants and fast food joints like McDonald’s, so do not pass places like Valenica Luncheria, if you want that home cooked Latin flavor to fulfill your hunger.
